Methodist Rehabilitation periodically conducts a Community Health Needs Assessment to identify the community served and to address priority needs. The process includes input from patients, employees and community representatives with expertise in public health, as well as not-for-profit organizations that serve low-income and disadvantaged populations. Additional information is gathered from public databases, reports, and publications by state and national agencies.
