The Physical Medicine team manages a diverse patient population, addressing complex, long-term needs following inpatient rehabilitation as well as the evaluation and treatment of chronic and acute musculoskeletal pain.
Our Team
Our providers, Dr. Philip Blount, board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, and Ashley Jolly, FNP-BC, specialize in coordinating comprehensive care for outpatient rehabilitation needs. As leaders in their field, they partner closely with other departments—including Orthopedic and Neurologic Therapy, the Seating & Wheeled Mobility Clinic, and Orthotics & Prosthetics—to ensure patients receive seamless, interdisciplinary care.
