The Physical Medicine team manages a diverse patient population, addressing complex, long-term needs following inpatient rehabilitation as well as the evaluation and treatment of chronic and acute musculoskeletal pain.
Our Team
Our providers, Dr. Philip Blount, Dr. Michael Winkelmann, Ashley Jolly, FNP-BC, and Alice Messer DNP, FNP-BC, specialize in coordinating comprehensive care for outpatient rehabilitation needs. Dr. Blount and Dr. Winkelmann are both board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. As leaders in their field, they partner closely with other departments—including Orthopedic and Neurologic Therapy, the Seating & Wheeled Mobility Clinic, and Orthotics & Prosthetics—to ensure patients receive seamless, interdisciplinary care.
