Biography
Bonnie Perry, MSBE, is a rehabilitation engineer and junior investigator on the research team. She earned her bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering from Mississippi State University, followed by a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from the University of South Florida. Before joining MRC in 2014, Bonnie worked in the field of assistive technology and industry research. Building on her engineering background, Bonnie’s primary focus is on the clinical and research applications of innovative rehabilitation technology, particularly robotics, with an emphasis on operating principles, clinical efficacy, and therapist education. She has authored several peer-reviewed articles and has presented her work at national and international conferences.
