David McMillin serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Methodist Rehabilitation Center, bringing decades of leadership and a passion for service to his role. 

A native of Walnut, Mississippi, McMillin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi and his Master of Business Administration from Millsaps College.

Before joining MRC, McMillin had a distinguished 35-year career with Xerox Corporation. During his tenure, he held a variety of leadership positions across the U.S., including marketing, sales training, sales management and financial controls. 

He has been actively involved in the Jackson-area community, serving on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Jackson and Stewpot Ministries. He has also served as Chairman of the Board for Methodist Rehabilitation Center.

Through his leadership at Methodist Rehabilitation, McMillin is committed to advancing exceptional patient care individuals and families throughout Mississippi.
